Sourcik provides technology to facilitate these interactions but is not a buyer, supplier, manufacturer, distributor, importer, exporter, or agent in any transaction.

• Company profile verification

3. User Eligibility

You must :

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have legal authority to represent yourself or your organization.
• Provide accurate and current information.
• Keep your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activities performed using your account.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to :

• Keep your profile updated.
• Use the Platform only for lawful business purposes.

AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information.

Users are responsible for independently verifying supplier information before making purchasing or business decisions.

6. Supplier Information

Supplier profiles may contain :

• Information submitted by suppliers.
• Publicly available business information collected from company websites and other lawful sources.
• AI-generated summaries and classifications.

Although we make reasonable efforts to improve data quality, Sourcik does not guarantee that supplier information is complete, accurate, current, or error-free.

Suppliers may request corrections or claim ownership of their company profile.

7. Verified Suppliers

Certain suppliers may receive a "Verified" badge after completing Sourcik's verification process.

Verification confirms only that specified business information has been reviewed according to Sourcik's internal verification process.

Verification does not guarantee :

• Product quality
• Business performance
• Financial stability
• Delivery capability
• Legal compliance
• Future conduct

Users should perform their own due diligence before entering into any business relationship.

8. User Content

Users retain ownership of content they upload, including company information, catalogs, images, quotations, messages, and documents.

By submitting content, you grant Sourcik a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and process such content for operating and improving the Platform.

9. Communications

The Platform may store inquiries, quotation requests, messages, attachments, and other communications exchanged through Sourcik for operational, security, support, quality improvement, and legal compliance purposes.

10. Payments

Some Platform features may require payment.

Applicable pricing will be displayed before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sourcik shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business losses arising from use of the Platform.

14. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that :

• violate these Terms,
• engage in fraud,
• submit false information,
• spam other users,
• misuse Platform features,
• attempt unauthorized access,
• negatively affect the Platform or its users.

15. Privacy

Your use of Sourcik is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
